Terms and Conditions
General
• There is no minimum order.
• Prices are based on sterling rates; any foreign prices will be determined at exchange rate at time of order.
• First order is on a Pro-Forma Basis.
Payment & VAT
• Cheques to be made payable to Heather Burgess
• Goods remain the property of Heather Burgess until full payment is received.
• No VAT is charged
Delivery
• Delivery dates are between 2-3 weeks for cards and 3-4 weeks for other products from date of order.
Postage
• Postage and packaging not included in prices, this will be charged separately and confirmed after order is placed.
Returns
• Any goods damaged during transit should be notified within 7 working days of receipt of delivery.
